Refunds & Returns Policy
Action Target has a 30 day return policy with refund on all items that can be resold. (Damaged items will not receive a refund)
After 30 days, Action Target will receive returns of product in "like new" condition but will process the refund for in-store credit only.
If you ordered the wrong item, you will need to ship the items back and will receive a refund on the product only.
The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
HOW TO GET A REFUND?
Step 1 - Verify that your item/items are in "like new" condition.

Step 3 - Pay to ship/return your items!
*There will be a 15% restocking fee.
*Remember, ALL returns that are in "like new" condition after 30 days of purchase will be refunded as store credit.
*If products are not returned in "like new" condition we reserve the right to refuse the return.
*Custom designed, ordered, and/or engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
*Free shipping items and promotions are valid for the lower 48 states only.
*All Weather Targets, Facer Targets, Clearance Targets, and Target Packs are excluded from promotions.
*Clearance items are excluded from promotions.
*Certain steel items may be excluded from promotions.
*Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items.
*You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable by our carrier.
*Report any damaged items and/or shipping discrepancies within (5) business days of delivery by calling our Customer Care Center (800) 779-0182 - 8AM-5PM CST - Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
*Free shipping items are valid for the lower 48 states only.
