Limitation of Liability
Action Target works hard to make the best equipment for responsible gun owners to use. Our products are provided “as is”. The limitation of liability applies to any product or service offered on shop.actiontarget.com. Products must be used for their intended purposes. The users must take every precaution necessary when using Action Targets products or any product sold on shop.actiontarget.com. This includes but is not limited to wearing proper safety equipment, inspecting products before use, and following safety guidelines. By agreeing to this terms and condition you understand the risks and will not hold Action Target liable for any damages to property or person.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Action Target has a 30-day return policy with refund on all items that can be resold. Damaged or used items are not eligible for a refund. After 30 days, Action Target will receive returns of product in "like new" condition at customer services discretion but will process the refund for in-store credit only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and not covered in the Action Target return policy.
HOW TO GET A REFUND?
Step 1 - Verify that your item/items are in "like new" condition.
Step 2 - Call (763) 746-5390 or Email: [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Step 3 - Mail your items to the address provided by customer service.
Step 4 – Once your items are received and determined to be in resalable condition you will receive a refund.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. All returns that are in "like new" condition after 30 days of purchase will be refunded as store credit. If products are not returned in "like new" condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Custom designed and/or engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any product purchased as part of a promotion is not eligible for refund.
Promotions Policy
Free shipping items and promotions are valid for the lower 48 states only. Promotions may not apply to all products and may be revoked or modified at any time. Promotions can not be combined with other discounts. Promotions are only valid while supplies last. Promotions are not valid for resellers. Promotions can not be used for custom targets/orders. Clearance items are sold “as-is” and are not eligible for refunds or returns. Other Conditions may apply.
Shipping Policy
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable by our carrier. Free shipping items are valid for the lower 48 states only.
You are responsible to report any damaged items and/or shipping discrepancies within (5) business days of delivery by calling our Customer Care Center (800) 779-0182 - 8AM-5PM CST - Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) or emailing [email protected].
Sales Tax
By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge that tax exempt customers must be logged into their customer account at the time the order was placed and have previously provided a valid tax-exempt certificate to Action Target. No refund will be granted to customers who checkout as a “guest” and are charged sales tax.
